How does the process work?

How long does it take to receive my curtains?
Our standard production time is typically 4–6 weeks from final approval and deposit. Because each piece is custom-made, we prioritise quality and craftsmanship over rushing the process.
Can you help me choose the right fabric?
Absolutely. We consider how the room is used, how much natural light it receives, and the mood you would like to create. Whether you are wanting soft filtering sheers or full blockout privacy, we will guide you toward the right balance of beauty and function.
Do you provide installation?
